Weekend workouts


Saturday
4 mile out door run
Such beautiful weather after the 2014 Alabama snow apocalypse. We just can't handle out snow down here. 

Sunday Fun Day
Circuit workout

Run 1 mile on treadmill 
Body Ball crunches-20
Leg raises holding plate-15
Weighted sit-ups-15
Scissor kicks-20

Repeat 4 times! 

It kicked my butt! I was drenched in sweat. Took me a little over an hour, but I couldn't finish the last mat work. But, now I have a goal!
