Weekend Workouts

Happy Sunday! Too bad our weekend is coming to an end. Here it has been a rather rainy cold weekend keeping me inside most of the time so I tried out a few online workouts and wanted to share! My back, butt, and arms are feeling pretty good right about now. I can lift weights all day long and won't feel as powerful as I do when I do yoga or barre technique. Any new workouts you trying out?

  2. I used to do the first workout all the time after taking my only barre class down South. Those pulses kill me!
