Let's talk the ABC's of Diabetes. 

According to Diabetes.Org: 

A=A1C

The A1C test tells you your average blood glucose control for the past 2-3 months. This can help you know how well your diabetes treatment plan is working. 

B=Blood Pressure

Blood pressure measures the force of blood flow inside your blood vessels. A high BP makes your heart work harder. 

C=Cholesterol

Cholesterol numbers tell you how much fat is in your blood. The more fat, the more at risk you are for heart disease.
