Kale Pops

Kale. You have heard of it by now right? Powerful nutrient packed little leafy green. If there was an award for the number one super food kale would win! It is loaded with vitamin K, vitamin A, and vitamin C. The hubby has yet to jump on the kale band wagon, but im working on it! Kale has been slowly sneaking onto our plates, into our smoothies and now into our Popsicle!! Perhaps he will eat it this way!? I haven't had the opportunity to try these but I wanted to get the recipes out there for you all to try!! Happy eating!

-You can add 1/2 cup of organic greek yogurt for a creamier texture.

Tip: Add berries to the bottom of the popsicle molds and top berries with honey, before pouring in the smoothie mixture.

  3. What a perfect way to incorporate kale into a dessert kind of item! I've only tried kale in smoothies... I need to try it as a side (like spinach), but haven't found the courage yet, ha. Glad you linked up with us!
