I hope this motivates you to spice things up in your diet this week! It can be as easy as adding a green smoothie =)
My morning started with a refreshing simply green smoothie.
PREPARING TIPS:
PROCESS GREENS FIRST WITH SOY MILK
KEEP BLENDING FOR A GOOD 30 SECONDS IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE BEST BLENDER
THEN ADD IN FRUIT MIXTURE
IF THE BLENDER IS AT A HALT AND NOT PROCESSING ANYMORE YOU MAY NEED TO ADD SOME WATER, ABOUT 1/2 CUP
NUTRITION TIPS
COWS MILK AND SOY MILK IS MORE NUTRITIOUS THEN ALMOND MILK
7-8 GRAMS PROTEIN/CUP COMPARED TO 1 GRAM PROTEIN/CUP =(
FROZEN IS JUST AS NUTRITIOUS AS FRESH (IF NOT MORE) SINCE FRESH PRODUCE HAS TO TRAVEL IT CONTINUES TO RIPEN AND LOOSES A LOT OF VITAMIN C
