Day-2 Green Smoothie Challenge
The Pina Colada Green Smoothie
2 Cups Spinach
1 1/2 Cup Milk of Choice
2 Cups Frozen Pineapple
1 Medium Banana
2 Tablespoons shredded coconut
1-2 Tablespoons Flax Seed (make sure it's ground flax!)
1 Tablespoon Chia Seed
TIPS: BLEND GREENS AND COCONUT WITH MILK BEFORE ADDING FRUIT.
Yields 2 Servings

I heard of the benefits of coconut meat and coco water and i have incorporated these in my 3 Day Military diet. I love how the juice can be added to smoothies for an energetic after-workout drink. I lost a lot of weight in the military diet and one of the hydrating liquid I often took was coconut water.
