Day 2 of The 24 Day Challenge!
Not as bad as day one. By that I mean I made the fiber drink taste good!
1. Mix the Fiber Drink with 1/2 a pack of crystal light (thank you Hayley). It's red for Valentines Day!! It tasted like strawberry applesauce.
2. Drink > 45 oz of fluid! My tummy started cramping late last night. Think WATER WATER WATER! Aim for 64 oz of WATER.
3. Get to exercising. If you remain sedentary the fiber can stop in your tummy and start to irritate you. No one is telling ya to go run a marathon, just start by walking 20-30 mins per day. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends 60 minutes on most days on the week, if you are trying to lose weight.
My meals for today:
Breakfast: Oatmeal (I keep it in my desk) Water to drink!
Spark n between meals.
Lunch: Grilled Chicken salad with chickpeas, cucumbers, jalapenos and mandarin oranges. I traded in my cheese for 3 tablespoons of ranch dressing (I have a goal to wean off the ranch by the end of this week).
Spark before workout
Dinner....I'll have to report back on that.We have dinner reservations later this evening! However, during dinner I will take the recommended fish oil supplements (OmegaPlex).
After Dinner I will drink a Large glass of water with the evening herbal cleans tablets.
