2015-2020 Dietary Guidelines
The dietary guidelines are published every five years with a goal to make recommendations to promote good health for Americans. As a nutrition nerd this excites me because there has been a lot of controversy over fat recommendations and sodium recommendations. Why? Well that's the joy of science.
