Day 1 and Day 2 of #LJInspired Instagram Challenge

Happy Hump Day everyone. I hope your week is going smoothly thus far. Today I wanted to share my participation in the  #LJInspired Instagram Challenge hosted  by @FitApproach & @LornaJaneActive. 
Here are the daily prompts:

I'm an extreme optimist who literally lives by the motto "can't never could." 
What's the point in doing the bare minimum? If you find yourself doing this then look at
why you are even doing it in the first place. Put effort into your passion.

Has got to be the Whole Grains. Tip of the day: aim to make half of your grains WHOLE grains to add nutrient-rich foods to your diet.
