Happy Sunday! Too bad our weekend is coming to an end. Here it has been a rather rainy cold weekend keeping me inside most of the time so I tried out a few online workouts and wanted to share! My back, butt, and arms are feeling pretty good right about now. I can lift weights all day long and won't feel as powerful as I do when I do yoga or barre technique. Any new workouts you trying out?

DeleteI used to do the first workout all the time after taking my only barre class down South. Those pulses kill me!
