It was almost a year ago when I starting lifting weights. No, not the occasional 1 set of curls, but real, powerful lifting. I started out with a trainer who showed me basic moves and correct form. I always pick up the latest issue and I find myself watching videos constantly on their website. These ladies motivate me to push myself harder each week.
