It was almost a year ago when I starting lifting weights. No, not the occasional 1 set of curls, but real, powerful lifting. I started out with a trainer who showed me basic moves and correct form. After a week of training I was hook because I felt strong and strangely confident about myself. I was eager to learn more so I began utilizing the internet and I found Fitness Rx for Women. I always pick up the latest issue and I find myself watching videos constantly on their website. These ladies motivate me to push myself harder each week. Another perk is that they give honest nutrition advice. Today, I wanted to share some of my favorite arm exercises from their site. Working out your arms should be top priority, because they are what people see every day! Enjoy!
