Dietitian Barbara reminds us that there is no magic potion. Ideally, Calories in should balance with Calories out. Her tools for success include My Fitness Pal for tracking calories and tracking steps.

What's real food? Gods greatest gift to us: fresh produce, whole grains, eggs, meat, milk...
Dietitian Mel People need to realize that it's a lifestyle change.  These fad diets are hard to follow and unrealistic in the long run.

Dietitian Whitney adds to this by recommending long term goals that allow you to increase your exercise intensity and/or duration over time and try to set personal records-no pressure to be where you don't feel comfortable.

Dietitian Sheena being consistent with eating a nutrient rich breakfast is a key to success as well as not skipping meals and snacks.
