Low-Fat Chicken Salad


 Husband approved Low-Fat Chicken Salad!


1-1/2 pounds boneless chicken breast
8 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
30 Grapes, cut in half
1 Celery Stick
1/4 Cup Almond slices or Walnuts
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Pepper
1/2 tsp seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Powder

Directions: Boil chicken; while boiling slice grapes in half and chop up celery. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. After chicken has boiled place on cutting board and let cool. Then begin to pull apart chicken into bit size pieces. Last, mix all ingredients together and Enjoy!
