Choosing a juice is a taste preference, but for health benefits we always need to make sure it says 100% fruit juice on the container. Or we may just be ingesting lots of flavored added sugars and not the natural sugar from the fruit! Buying a juicer is a great investment!<br />As far as diet is concern, balance is best. Many fruits and veggies, low-fat dairy products, nutrient-rich fats like olive oil and canola oil, whole grains, lean meat and yes, even an occasional piece of cake! <br />Thank you for your comment!
